 MARBLE BASES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING! 

•        Even if "free shipping" is offered during check out, marble bases are not eligible. 

• WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL IF YOU SELECT MARBLE BASES AND FREE SHIPPING AND GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO PAY FOR SHIPPING.  IF NO REPLY, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY USE THE HEAVY WEIGHT PLASTIC BASES.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE MARBLE BASES IF SHIPPING IS NOT PROPERLY SELECTED.

• Current year will be used on all art work, trim and inserts unless specified in the comment box at check out
• Engraved trophy tags (nameplates) ARE NOT attached to the trophy.  These are "peel & stick" and you will need to attach them to the trophy before presenting.
• If you want us to attach the tags before shipping, there is a surcharge that is negotiated on a order by order basis.  Please contact us for a quote.
• YOU WILL BE EMAILED THE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER SHIPS.  PLEASE CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING CARRIER WITH ANY ISSUES REGARDING DELIVERY.
