As hurricane season/winter months approach and bad weather hits, please keep in mind that we can not control delays with the carriers, i.e. UPS or USPS.

Even if the weather is clear in your area, bad weather in major hubs, such as Georgia and Kentucky, can cause major delays to all packages.

We process and ship out orders as quickly as possible.  However, we can not control the weather or the carrier's decisions to delay shipping.  Our advice to our clients is to get your order in as soon as possible to prevent delays.

You will be e-mailed the carrier's tracking number  as soon as the label is generated in our shop.  Please monitor your shipment as it travels to it's destination.

Any issues with the shipping process once your package has left our shop should be addressed directly to the carrier.  You will need your tracking number, which we will e-mail to you, when you call UPS or USPS.

If you want us to hold your order for a later ship date, please indicate the request in the comment box at check out or email us the new ship date.

You will receive tracking numbers by e-mail.  Please make sure your correct e-mail address is on your order form.

Our shop may unexpectedly close due to bad weather, power outage or unsafe conditions for our employees to travel to the shop.  We will try to post on our main page if an unexpected closure occurs.

Thank you and stay safe!

**By placing your order you understand and agree that Premier Award Group Inc dba Premier Crowns and Trophies will not be held liable for any delays in shipping caused by UPS or USPS.  All claims and inquiries must be directed to the appropriate shipping company.  Premier will notify customer by e-mail once the order has shipped along with tracking number.  No refunds in shipping fees or any other compensation will be awarded due to weather or carrier caused delays.
