Premier Crowns and Trophies is part of Premier Award Group Inc. a registered corporation located in Georgia.
Premier Award Group is a family-owned and -operated company.
After being a pageant photographer and director for 10 years, Karen, the founder of Premier Crown Company, saw the need for quality crowns at reasonable prices. Having ordered crowns from Hong Kong for her pageants, she knows the problems and issues using overseas distributors.
Karen spent 9 months researching crowns and manufacturers before opening the Premier Crown Company. She works directly with 4 manufacturers to keep our costs low but the quality high.
In June 2011, Premier Crown Company went live online.
In October 2011, we added trophies and medals to our inventory. New employees were hired to help.
In 2012, the company became a licensed and registered corporation, Premier Award Group Inc. Branching out to sports and corporate awards is our next goal.
In December 2012, we moved to our new warehouse location. This 2500 sq ft warehouse will allow us more room for growth and provide faster production times.
Mid-year 2013 - We introduced our new and exclusive crown columns. Having designed the columns ourselves, we worked with our manufacturers to have the columns made. these columns are exclusive to Premier Crowns and are not offered by any other trophy company.
December 2013 - We finally found a seamstress to provide us with beautiful backed and bordered sashes. Our next step is to offer embroidery sashes in the near future.
2014 - We are branching out into "unique and different" awards. We feel that trophies and awards can be exciting and different. New Themed awards, pennants, dog chains and more have been added to the website.
May 2014 - More sports awards have been added to our inventory. We will be continually adding more sports and corporate awards.
July 2014 - We added Custom Apparel to our inventory. Using the latest technology - Direct to Garment Printing - we can provide beautiful full color custom apparel. We have added a second website that is dedicated to this new inventory line.
We are growing quickly out of our "new" warehouse and are looking for a larger, retail location.
August 2014 - We have moved into our new 4500 sq ft warehouse. Renovations and unpacking are under way as we plan our work flow in this beautiful location to increase production time and our product line.
September 2014 - We are constantly adding new products and will be adding more custom promotional items to the site.
We are currently looking for a part time employee to handle all aspects of social media. This employee can work from home or if local, come into the warehouse. Looking for someone with experience with Facebook, Twitter, blogging and other social media venues. November 2014 - Our new shop/warehouse is working out great! We have plenty of room to work and be creative. We are located in Monroe, GA at the Old Walton Mill. We are adjacent to the Antique Mall.
November 2014 - The snowmen have returned! Our exclusive Snowman trophies have made their annual trek back to our shop. We always look forward to their return and are excited to offer new designs and awards featuring their cute faces.
Our Custom Shirt line is expanding and we are excited to offer more designs and rhinestone designs. Be sure to check out the selection.
What is planned for 2015? Our next goal, besides increasing our sports and corporate awards. is to branch into Embroidery. At this time we are researching embroidery machines, fabrics and supplies.
2015 was a great year for Premier Awards. Our new warehouse is working out great! We upgraded to a new website and have added new products to our line.
We lost our seamstress in 2015 but have found a new, more experienced seamstress. She makes pageant dresses so if you are interested in a new dress, contact us and we will forward your information to her. She is currently working to restock our inventory of backed and bordered sashes.
We have yet to introduce embroidery to our line. We are trepidatious about offering embrodiery as we want to offer the best services and there is a huge learning curve. Maybe in 2016?
2016 Update - we have added sublimation to our production process. Sublimation is a heat-transfered chemical process which transfers photos, graphics, clip art etc...to specific substrates. In simplier words, we can take you logo or photo and sublimate it onto shirts, tote bags, trophy inserts and more. We are excited about this new process and our creative juices are flowing with new products and ideas. Visit our website often as we will be offering new products weekly!
We hope to travel overseas in the near future to meet with more manufacturers and suppliers in order to be able to provide our customers with beautiful crowns and awards.

Our online web store is open 24/7 for your ordering convenience.
We generally work in the warehouse Mon-Fri from 8am - 4pm (EST). Please make an appointment for order pickups or to look at the merchandise as our hours are flexible.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays but are available by e-mail for emergencies.
And yes, we DO take vacations. We feel that company wide vacations are beneficial to our employees and production. We strive to schedule our company wide vacation during November or December as this is the slowest time of the year. We always post our closure a month ahead of time on the front page of our website to give our customers plenty of time to plan their orders.
